Chef Ana Grgić Tomić & Chocolatier Claude Krajner take you on a culinary journey across France.
For the sixth year in a row, the Zinfandel's Restaurant together with the French Embassy in Zagreb and the French Institute, and in cooperation with the Taste the Mediterranean festival, has announced its participation in the global Good France initiative, which this October celebrates, across five continents, French culinary art, and the joy of sharing and enjoying premium ingredients.
You too can become a part of this unique gourmet festivity and together with thousands of guests around the world enjoy refined French combinations of scents and flavours. Delicious French hors d’oeuvres await you in the Esplanade’s Lounge bar, followed by five courses of divine French delicacies created by Chef Ana Grgić Tomić in the magnificent Zinfandel's, along with a selection of French wines, while dessert will be prepared by French chocolatier of Croatian origin Claude Krajner. A selection of French music is curated by DJ Jurki, and a giveaway for guests is provided by esteemed French beauty house L’Occitane en Provence.
The price of dinner is HRK 680 per person, and includes welcome champagne with hors d’oeuvres and five courses, along with coffee/tea and petit fours.
